Wire Plating Technology
Electrolytic
wire plating lines are suitable to coat Cu- and Cu-alloys with Sn, SnPb,
Ni, Ag and Zn. We offer:
- Plating lines for "CP-WIRE" (heavy
copperplated iron wires)
- Wire plating lines for extra-fine wire of a wire
diameter range of 10-100 °m
- Line combination for plating with different
coating materials (e.g. Sn or SnPb)
- Lines for double coating in one passage (e.g.
square wire BZ )
- 0.63 mm x 0.63 mm with about 2.5 (µm) Ni and
after that 6 (µm) SnPb
- Galvanizing lines for iron and steel wires
- Special wire plating lines
